Learn From People Who've Been There
Our instructors aren't just teachers. They've spent years working through their own financial challenges and came out the other side with clarity. Now they're here to share what actually works when you're trying to get your money sorted.
Siobhan Kilpatrick
Siobhan rebuilt her finances after a career change left her starting from scratch. She knows what it's like to track every dollar and make tough choices about priorities.

Elke Voss
Elke spent three years paying off credit cards and personal loans. She breaks down the psychology of debt and practical strategies that helped her become debt-free by 2023.
Maeve Callahan
Maeve understands that money goals connect to life goals. She'll help you figure out what you're actually saving for and create a plan that matches your real priorities.
What You'll Actually Learn
This isn't theory from textbooks. Each module comes from real situations our instructors faced and the methods they used to work through them.
Getting Your Bearings
Before you can change anything, you need to see where you actually stand. We start with the basics that most people skip.
- Track spending without judgment for two weeks
- Calculate your real monthly income after tax
- List out all debts with interest rates and minimums
- Identify patterns in how money leaves your accounts
Building a System That Fits
Cookie-cutter budgets don't work because everyone's situation is different. You'll create something that matches your life, not someone else's.
- Design spending categories that reflect your priorities
- Set up automated transfers to savings accounts
- Create buffer zones for irregular expenses
- Build flexibility into your plan for unexpected costs
Dealing With Debt Realistically
Debt feels overwhelming until you have a clear approach. We'll walk through strategies that have worked for others paying down what they owe.
- Compare avalanche vs snowball methods for your situation
- Negotiate with creditors when payments are tight
- Decide when consolidation makes sense
- Stay motivated through the long middle stretch
Starting With Investments
You don't need thousands to start investing. Learn how to begin with whatever you can manage and build from there.
- Understand index funds and ETFs without the jargon
- Open your first investment account step-by-step
- Set realistic expectations about returns and risk
- Create a simple portfolio that won't keep you up at night
Next Program Starts September 2025
Our autumn intake runs for twelve weeks with live sessions every Tuesday evening. You'll work through the material at your own pace during the week, then join group discussions to ask questions and share what's working.
We keep cohorts small so instructors can give proper attention to each person's situation. This means spots fill up about two months before the start date.
